One month in and what a season so far!

News on the Wolves front is unusually positive, remaining unbeaten so far, and looking fairly good at the same time. It won't last of course, but the longer the better! Off the pitch, the new North Bank is coming on nicely as well, it looked good at the Fulham game, and completely changes the dynamics of the ground, making it feel much more hemmed in already, with still a tier to be added above yet! It'll look impressive once done.

On the groundhopping front it's been my busiest pre-season ever, trips to Stafford Town (Rowley Park), Kettering (Rockingham Road), Hednesford (x2) all below, as well as Burscough, Mickleover, Coleshill and a return to Northampton to add to the list, whilst at the weekend I was at Wembley to see Wigan finally win the Challenge Cup after so long of waiting. It wasn't a classic by any means, and the attendance was disappointing, looking far less than the 78,000 the RFL announced. Still, a good day nonetheless, and hopefully another day out to Old Trafford in October to come as well.

In the meantime, four new reviews. I had intended to keep up to date this season and do them one at a time within a week of visiting. Oh well....
